1. Description of the Sweepstakes "iPhone 17 Sweepstakes – FEXPOCRUZ 2026" is a single-prize sweepstakes organized by El Dorado, aimed at encouraging registration and the completion of Eligible Transactions by El Dorado users residing in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). Participation is free of charge. Among the Participants who meet the requirements set forth in these T&C, a winner will be selected by random drawing, in accordance with Section 7. Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full knowledge and acceptance of these T&C, which is perfected upon entry of the Registration Code on the Platform.
2. Definitions
Sweepstakes: The "iPhone 17 Sweepstakes – FEXPOCRUZ 2026," organized by El Dorado in accordance with these T&C.
Participant: A Platform user with a registered and verified residence in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, who completes registration and Eligible Transactions during the Validity Period and meets the requirements set forth in these T&C.
Registration Code: The code the user must enter at the time of registration on the Platform, either the FEXPO Code or the code provided by El Dorado Activators at the El Dorado booth at FEXPOCRUZ.
Prize: The mobile phone referred to in Section 7 of these T&C.
Platform: El Dorado's mobile application through which user registration and Eligible Transactions are carried out.
Validity Period: The period during which the Sweepstakes is active, in accordance with these T&C.
3. Nature of the Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes consists of a single-prize initiative in which the winner is determined by random drawing among Participants who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these T&C. Participation is free and does not require any payment or consideration beyond the registration and Eligible Transactions that the Participant completes on the Platform in accordance with these T&C.
4. Validity Period
The Sweepstakes will be valid from September 7, 2026, through September 26, 2026. El Dorado may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, modify, pause, or terminate the Sweepstakes prior to that date, without prior notice, by notifying such change through the Platform or its official channels, and without any right to compensation in favor of Participants.
5. Eligibility
The following individuals may participate in the Sweepstakes, provided they meet all of the following requirements:
a) Are at least 18 years of age.
b) Have an active account on the El Dorado Platform.
c) Have a registered and verified residence in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
d) Have registered on the Platform using the applicable Registration Code (FEXPO Code or the code provided by El Dorado Activators at the El Dorado booth at FEXPOCRUZ), during the Validity Period.
e) Have completed and passed identity verification (KYC) at least Level 2 (L2), in accordance with Annex B of the Platform's general T&C.
f) Have completed at least one (1) Eligible Transaction, in accordance with these T&C, during the Validity Period.
This Sweepstakes is directed exclusively at El Dorado users with registered residence in Bolivia. Users with accounts that are suspended, blocked, or under investigation by El Dorado during the Validity Period may not participate.
6. Eligible Transactions
An Eligible Transaction is any transaction carried out on the Platform during the Validity Period, with no minimum amount required, that has been successfully completed. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, suspended, or that for any reason have not been successfully completed will not be considered Eligible Transactions. To participate in the Sweepstakes, the Participant must have completed at least one (1) Eligible Transaction during the Validity Period. Each user may obtain only one (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the number of Eligible Transactions completed during the Validity Period. El Dorado may update or modify, at any time and at its sole discretion, the definition of Eligible Transaction, and it is each Participant's responsibility to periodically review such definition.
7. Mechanics and Prize
7.1. Determination of the Winner
Among all Participants who meet the eligibility requirements, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing. This will take place on September 27, 2026, as part of the FEXPOCRUZ 2026 fair (Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia). The time and other conditions of the drawing will be announced by El Dorado through its social media or official channels, as it deems appropriate.
7.2. Validation and Announcement of the Winner
El Dorado will validate the selected Participant's compliance with the eligibility requirements. The result will be announced during the live broadcast on El Dorado Bolivia's social media channels. It is the user's responsibility to monitor these channels and stay informed accordingly.
7.3. Prize The Prize consists of one (1) brand-new, previously unused iPhone 17 device, with the following specifications:

The color of the equipment will be determined by El Dorado at its sole discretion at the time of acquisition. El Dorado is under no obligation to offer color alternatives or features other than those provided.
The Prize will be delivered in person at El Dorado’s office in Bolivia, subject to verification of the winner's identity. The winner will be contacted via the phone number registered on the Platform to coordinate the delivery.
Any travel, transportation, or similar expenses incurred by the winner to visit El Dorado’s office shall be the winner's sole responsibility. El Dorado does not assume or reimburse such expenses.
If the winner resides in a Bolivian city other than the one where El Dorado’s office is located, and subject to the winner's consent, El Dorado may choose to ship the Prize domestically via an official carrier. In such a case, the risk of any damage, loss, or deterioration resulting from transport, as well as the associated costs, shall be borne exclusively by the winner. The specific terms of such delivery will be coordinated directly between El Dorado and the winner.
El Dorado is neither the manufacturer, seller, nor guarantor of the equipment provided as the Prize; therefore, it shall not be held liable for manufacturing defects, technical failures, latent defects, or any other issue arising from the equipment's quality, performance, or warranty. Any claim regarding the product must be handled by the winner directly with the manufacturer, the seller, or the appropriate official warranty channel.
7.4. Additional Conditions
The Prize is personal and non-transferable. It may not be assigned, sold, transferred, exchanged, or conveyed to third parties under any title, and it is not redeemable for cash or any other good or service. If the winner does not respond to El Dorado's contact attempt, does not complete identity verification, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or does not appear to collect the Prize within fifteen (15) calendar days following the first notification, El Dorado may declare the Prize forfeited or select a new winner in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 8. Any tax obligation arising from receipt of the Prize is the winner's sole responsibility. El Dorado does not assume any withholding or tax payment obligations on the winner's behalf.
8. Compliance Verification
El Dorado reserves the right to verify, prior to delivering the Prize, compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth in these T&C. If the selected Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or such compliance cannot be verified, El Dorado reserves the right to disqualify that Participant and select a new winner through a new drawing among the remaining eligible Participants. The date and time of such drawing will be announced in advance through El Dorado Bolivia's official social media channels, and it is Participants' duty to periodically check these channels to stay informed.
9. Grounds for Disqualification Any Participant with respect to whom it is verified, or there is reasonable indication, that: a) Does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these T&C. b) Used automated mechanisms, multiple accounts, third-party accounts, or any other fraudulent means to increase their chances of participation. c) Violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the Platform's general terms. d) Has an El Dorado account that is suspended or blocked, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The foregoing grounds are illustrative and non-exhaustive. The determination of such grounds is at El Dorado's sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
El Dorado will not be liable for events of force majeure, acts of God, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control affecting the conduct of the Sweepstakes or compliance with these T&C. Likewise, in accordance with Section 7.3, El Dorado will not be liable for manufacturing defects, technical failures, hidden defects, or any other matter arising from the quality, performance, or warranty of the device, attributable to the manufacturer or the seller, and the winner must handle any related claim directly with such third parties or their official warranty channel. In cases where, in accordance with Section 7.3, the Prize is shipped to the winner domestically through an official courier company, El Dorado will not be liable for any damage, loss, deterioration, delay, or any other contingency arising from such transport, and such risk will be borne entirely by the winner from the moment the Prize is handed over to the courier company. Any claim related to the shipping service must be handled by the winner directly with the corresponding courier company.
11. Personal Data Processing and Use of Image
If El Dorado deems it necessary, the winner authorizes being asked for a photograph with the Prize received, for the purpose of publication on El Dorado's official social media channels, without this giving rise to any right to compensation or payment in the winner's favor for the use of their image, beyond delivery of the Prize itself. The processing of the winner's personal data, including the image referred to in the preceding paragraph, will be carried out in accordance with El Dorado's Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy, which may be consulted on the website at the following link: https://eldorado.io/legal/privacy-policy. Sending the photograph constitutes the winner's express, prior, and informed authorization for its processing and publication, in accordance with this section.
12. Modifications and Cancellation
El Dorado may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes, as well as these T&C, at any time, without this giving rise to any compensation in favor of Participants. Any modification or update will be notified through the Platform. It is the user's sole duty to periodically check these channels to stay informed.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between a Participant and El Dorado related to the Sweepstakes will be submitted to the procedure set forth in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
15. Petitions, Complaints, and Claims
Participants may submit petitions, complaints, or claims related to this Sweepstakes through El Dorado's designated support channels. El Dorado will review each request in good faith and provide a response within fifteen (15) business days of its receipt. Requests must be submitted clearly and with the information necessary to allow for their proper review. If additional information is required, El Dorado will notify the Participant accordingly. The submission of a Petition, Complaint, or Claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general terms.
