1. Description of the Dynamic
"20% Cashback on the Fee of the First Direct Sending Between Countries" is a Dynamic organized by El Dorado, aimed at encouraging Direct Sending Between Countries by users selected by El Dorado at its sole discretion, in accordance with these T&Cs.
Participation is free of charge. Any Participant who meets the eligibility requirements and completes a Direct Sending Between Countries during the Validity Period will receive the Benefit, in accordance with these T&Cs.
2. Definitions
Dynamic: The "20% Cashback on the Fee of the First Direct Sending Between Countries," organized by El Dorado in accordance with these T&Cs.
Participant: A Platform user selected by El Dorado, at its sole discretion, in accordance with Section 5, who completes a Direct Sending Between Countries during the Validity Period and meets the requirements set forth in these T&Cs.
Benefit: Cashback equivalent to 20% of the fee of the Participant's first Direct Sending Between Countries completed during the Validity Period, in accordance with Section 7.
Platform: El Dorado's mobile application through which Direct Sending Between Countries is carried out.
Validity Period: The period during which the Dynamic is active, as set forth in Section 4.
3. Nature of the Dynamic
The Dynamic consists of a loyalty initiative through which El Dorado grants a Benefit to Participants selected at its sole discretion who complete a Direct Sending Between Countries during the Validity Period. Participation is free of charge and requires no payment or consideration other than the Direct Sending Between Countries the Participant carries out on the Platform.
4. Validity Period
The Dynamic is valid from September 1, 2026, through September 12, 2026. El Dorado may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, modify, pause, or terminate the Dynamic, without prior notice, by notifying such change through the Platform or its official channels. It shall be the user's obligation to stay informed of any such changes, as well as of the validity and conditions of the Dynamic at all times.
5. Eligibility
Users who meet the following requirements may participate in the Dynamic:
a) Are 18 years of age or older.
b) Have an active account on El Dorado's Platform.
c) Have been selected by El Dorado, at its sole discretion, to participate in the Dynamic. Such selection will be communicated to selected users through the channels El Dorado determines, including, without limitation, in-app banners, push notifications, or any other channel El Dorado decides to use.
d) Have completed and passed the corresponding identity verification (KYC) process, in accordance with Annex B of the Platform's general T&Cs.
e) Have completed at least one Direct Sending Between Countries, as set forth in Section 6, during the Validity Period.
The criteria for selecting Participants are at El Dorado's sole discretion, and El Dorado may modify them at any time. Users with accounts that are suspended, blocked, or under investigation by El Dorado during the Validity Period may not participate.
6. Direct Sending Between Countries
The following operation, successfully completed on the Platform during the Validity Period, will count for purposes of the Benefit:
a) Direct Sending Between Countries carried out through the Platform between any of the countries in which El Dorado operates, executed through the Platform's specific "Direct Sending Between Countries" flow.
To carry out this operation, El Dorado solely provides virtual asset services, including the establishment of a USDT escrow to facilitate the Direct Sending Between Countries. The fiat currency transaction takes place off the Platform, through a direct agreement between the parties, using the payment methods they themselves establish. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify whether any applicable foreign exchange restrictions exist.
An operation in which the user, using the Platform's "Send" function, first places an on-ramp order and subsequently opens a separate off-ramp order will not be considered a Direct Sending Between Countries, even if the final outcome is equivalent. In such cases, the Benefit will apply exclusively to the fee of the first completed operation (the on-ramp order).
Operations that are cancelled, reversed, suspended, or that for any reason are not successfully completed will not be considered Direct Sending Between Countries.
Operations not covered under this Section will not be counted for purposes of the Dynamic. El Dorado may update, modify, or remove, at any time and at its sole discretion, the definition of Direct Sending Between Countries.
7. Mechanics and Benefit
7.1. Granting of the Benefit
Any Participant who meets the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 5 and completes at least one Direct Sending Between Countries during the Validity Period will receive the Benefit on the fee of that transfer. Only the Participant's first Direct Sending Between Countries completed within the Validity Period will count; additional transfers do not generate an additional Benefit.
7.2. Calculation of the Benefit
The Benefit is equivalent to 20% of the fee of the Participant's first Direct Sending Between Countries, calculated as: Benefit = Transfer Fee × 0.20.
7.3. Crediting of the Benefit
The Benefit will be credited to the El Dorado wallets of Participants who meet the requirements set forth in these T&Cs, within the period from September 13, 2026, through September 22, 2026.
7.4. Additional Conditions
The Benefit is personal and non-transferable. It may not be assigned, sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to third parties under any circumstances, nor exchanged for any option other than the one expressly defined in this Section.
Any tax obligation arising from receipt of the Benefit is the Participant's sole responsibility. El Dorado assumes no withholding or tax payment obligations on the Participant's behalf.
8. Compliance Verification
El Dorado reserves the right to verify, prior to crediting the Benefit, both the validity of the Direct Sending Between Countries and compliance with the eligibility requirements set forth in these T&Cs.
If a Participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or such compliance cannot be verified, El Dorado reserves the right not to grant the corresponding Benefit.
9. Grounds for Disqualification
A Participant will be disqualified from the Dynamic if it is verified, or there are reasonable indications, that they:
a) Do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these T&Cs.
b) Carried out simulated or coordinated operations to fraudulently generate Direct Sending Between Countries.
c) Used multiple accounts to access the Benefit.
d) Violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the Platform's general terms.
e) Have their El Dorado account suspended or blocked.
The foregoing grounds are illustrative, not exhaustive. The determination of these grounds is at El Dorado's sole discretion.
10. Modifications and Cancellation
El Dorado may modify, suspend, or cancel the Dynamic at any time, without this giving rise to any compensation in favor of Participants. Any modification during the Validity Period will be notified through the Platform. It shall be the user's obligation to periodically review such channels to stay informed accordingly.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between the Participant and El Dorado related to the Dynamic will be submitted to the procedure set forth in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
13. Petitions, Complaints, and Claims
The Participant may submit petitions, complaints, or claims related to this Dynamic through El Dorado's designated support channels. El Dorado will review each request in good faith and provide a response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
Requests must be submitted clearly and with the information necessary to allow for their proper review. Should additional information be required, El Dorado will communicate this to the Participant in a timely manner.
Submitting a Petition, Complaint, or Claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general terms.
