Terms and Conditions of Use
By using the Send feature, the user (hereinafter, the “Market Taker” or “MT”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with them, they must not use the service.
Send is a feature that allows Market Takers to automatically connect to the best available offer for P2P exchange based on the parameters entered. These include, but are not limited to, the selected currency, amount, and payment method. El Dorado conducts a search based on the parameters entered by the MT and the offers available at that time; however, the service should be considered solely as a recommendation, and it shall not be understood that El Dorado assumes any responsibility for such recommendation. The decision to accept or reject the recommendation rests entirely with the MT.
The price displayed in the application is a reference price and may vary at the time the order is initiated, as the displayed price is calculated based on the average of the payment methods. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the order price.
El Dorado does not perform currency or foreign exchange transactions. Therefore, if an MT carries out an operation involving the exchange of one currency to another, such transaction must always be conducted through stablecoins as a bridge asset for the transfer of the final currency. El Dorado is not a currency exchange house nor does it provide financial services; its service consists solely of providing users with an order marketplace that enables exchanges between stablecoins and fiat currency.
The service will be available through the platform’s navigation bar via the “Send” button. The user may choose to access the service through this button or, alternatively, perform an exchange by accessing the full list of available offers through the P2P button.
The Send feature is only available in the following countries: Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and the Dominican Republic.

The availability of payment methods for the Send feature is subject to there being a minimum of 50 offer providers on the platform for the specific method. Payment methods that do not meet this requirement will not be available in Send.
The MT will initiate the exchange process by selecting the desired parameters, and the system will send requests to offer providers. If an offer provider accepts the request, the order will be opened. If no offer providers are available, the system will present alternatives so that the MT may adjust the search. If the MT chooses not to accept any of the proposed alternatives, they may access the full list of offers and decide whether to proceed with the exchange.
The Send feature aims to reduce cancellations by enabling a more direct exchange when the MT connects with an offer provider. However, El Dorado shall not be responsible if the offer provider cancels the order. It shall be at the sole discretion of the offer provider whether to continue with the order to which the MT has been directed.
The MT is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information entered into the system. The platform shall not be liable for exchange errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be published in this section, and continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the general terms and conditions of use of the application
