“El Dorado Voices” (hereinafter, “the Program”) is an initiative of El Dorado through which active and verified users of the Platform are directly invited to create and publish original content about their personal experience with El Dorado products and services on social networks, in exchange for a fixed reward per approved video.
Participation in the Program is exclusively by direct invitation from El Dorado. There is no open call for applications nor is there a possibility of independent application by the user.
Participation does not create any employment, representation, agency, or commercial relationship between the Participant and El Dorado, other than that expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “T&Cs”). The Participant acts at all times in a personal capacity and on their own behalf.
2.1. Participation in the Program does not, under any circumstances, create an employment, representation, agency, mandate, partnership or any other commercial or contractual relationship between the Participant and El Dorado , other than that expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The Participant acts at all times in their own name and on their own behalf. Consequently, they are not authorized to enter into obligations, make statements, or assume commitments on behalf of El Dorado , nor to act as its representative, employee, agent, or spokesperson before third parties.
2.3. The reward recognized by the Program does not constitute a salary, fee, employment compensation, or remuneration of any kind. It is an incentive conditional upon compliance with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. The Participant is solely responsible for any tax, fiscal, or other obligations that may arise from receiving the Reward in their jurisdiction. El Dorado assumes no responsibility for such obligations.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
• Program: Refers to “Voices El Dorado”, as described in the present TyC.
• Platform: El Dorado App or Web App according to the general terms and conditions.
• Participant: An active and verified user of El Dorado, contacted and invited directly by El Dorado, who agrees to participate in the Program under the terms set forth herein.
• Video: Original piece of audiovisual content recorded and sent by the Participant to El Dorado for review and approval prior to publication.
• Eligible Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Posts on any other social network or in any format other than those listed here will not be considered eligible for the Program.
• Approval: Express validation by El Dorado of the Video submitted by the Participant, necessary for both the publication and payment of the Reward to proceed.
• Publication: The act by which the Participant uploads the approved Video to the agreed Eligible Platform, once El Dorado's Approval has been obtained.
• Reward: Fixed payment of $20 USDT credited to the Participant's El Dorado wallet in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Official Hashtag: #VocesElDorado.
To participate in the Program, the Participant must meet all of the following requirements:
- Having been contacted and invited directly by El Dorado; this is the main and indispensable requirement.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Be registered with an active account on the El Dorado Platform.
- Level 2 identity verification process (standard KYC) as set out in Annex B of the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
- Have at least one active account on one of the Eligible Platforms and have experience publishing content.
- Residing in one of the countries in which El Dorado operates at the time of your participation.
- Not to be an employee, contractor, supplier, consultant, or direct relative of employees of El Dorado or affiliated companies.
- Not to have an account that is suspended, restricted, or under investigation by El Dorado.
Failure to comply with any of these requirements, at any time during the process, disqualifies the Participant from receiving the corresponding Reward, regardless of whether the Video has already been submitted or approved.
El Dorado will contact users directly through channels it deems appropriate (email, platform messaging, or others) to present the Program, verify that they have active social media accounts, and offer them the opportunity to participate. Participation is voluntary; users may accept or decline.
Once the Participant agrees to participate, El Dorado will inform them of the applicable content guidelines. The Participant is responsible for independently recording, editing, and producing the Video.
The video must:
• Demonstrate the Participant's actual and personal use of El Dorado's products and/or services.
• Be truthful, original, and based on an authentic experience of the Participant.
• Comply with the content guidelines communicated by El Dorado.
• Do not contain incorrect information about the app or its functionalities.
• Do not link the brand to sensitive socio-political contexts.
• Not having been created under another prior commercial agreement with El Dorado.
Before publishing, the Participant sends the Video to El Dorado through the agreed-upon channel for review. El Dorado will evaluate the Video according to the criteria established in Section 7 and will inform the Participant whether it was approved or rejected.
The maximum review period is 10 business days from the date the video is received. El Dorado may request adjustments or a new version of the video if deemed necessary.
A rejected video does not entitle the participant to payment. The rejection will be communicated to the participant with the reasons stated.
Once El Dorado's Approval is obtained, the Participant publishes the Video on the agreed Eligible Platform, visibly including:
• The Official Hashtag #VocesElDorado .
• The official El Dorado account tag corresponding to your country of residence, according to the following table:
Without the Official Hashtag and the corresponding tag, the post will not be eligible under any circumstances.
Once the publication is verified as agreed, El Dorado will credit the fixed reward of $20 USDT to the Participant's El Dorado wallet within 10 business days of the video's publication on the eligible platform. The reward is per approved video, regardless of how many eligible platforms it is published on.
The Participant agrees to maintain a regular posting frequency on the Eligible Platforms, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the preceding sections. El Dorado will periodically evaluate the Participant's activity and may terminate their participation in the Program if it deems the posting frequency insufficient or not in accordance with the agreement.
The reward is fixed and cannot be changed. There is no tiered system, no view thresholds, and no additional conditions related to reach or post metrics.
The Program operates until the monthly budget allocated for this purpose is exhausted. El Dorado will notify the Participant when the budget for the corresponding period has been exhausted, using the means it establishes for this purpose.
There is no fixed limit on the number of videos per Participant, but El Dorado reserves the right to define and communicate operational limits at any time.
El Dorado approves or rejects each submitted video according to the following criteria:
• Comply with the content guidelines communicated to the Participant.
• It shows the actual use of El Dorado's products and/or services.
• It does not contain incorrect, misleading, or exaggerated information about El Dorado.
• It does not link the brand to sensitive, controversial or image-affecting contexts.
• It is original, created by the Participant, and has not been agreed upon under any other prior agreement with El Dorado.
• It has not been generated wholly or partially by artificial intelligence in such a way that it does not reflect an authentic experience.
El Dorado may reject a video without obligation to pay if it does not meet the requirements. If a participant repeatedly submits videos that do not meet the quality standards or guidelines, El Dorado may terminate their participation in the program.
The Participant agrees to keep the published Video active, public, and visible for a minimum of 6 months from its publication date. Deleting the content before this period entitles El Dorado to reverse the Reward already credited and demand its return.
It is strictly forbidden to publish content that:
● Contains false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about El Dorado, its products, or features.
● Promise or suggest specific returns, profit guarantees or concrete financial results, or that goes against the general Terms and Conditions of the Platform and of each of El Dorado's products and/or services.
● Denigrate, unfairly compare, or defame competitors, third parties, or identifiable individuals.
● Contains offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual language or language that violates the dignity of any person or group.
● Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to: music, images, trademarks, or any other protected content.
● Do not use the name, logos, trademarks or visual identity of El Dorado or third parties in an unauthorized, distorted or confusing manner regarding the nature or origin of the content.
● Display incorrect information about prices, rates, limits, availability, or service conditions.
● It has been generated wholly or partially by artificial intelligence in such a way that it does not reflect an authentic and personal experience of the Participant.
● It was published prior to the Participant's joining the Program.
● It was created in connection with a commercial or contractual relationship with El Dorado, for a purpose other than participation in this Program.
● The entry must not reflect the Participant's actual, personal experience with El Dorado's products and/or services. The use of generic images from the application, third-party screenshots, or any visual material that does not demonstrate the Participant's direct and effective use of El Dorado's products and/or services is expressly prohibited.
● This includes sketches, performances, or entertainment content that do not meet the Program's quality standards. Sketches may be eligible only if they clearly and credibly demonstrate a real-life experience with El Dorado's products and/or services, are understandable to the audience, make sense in the context of El Dorado's use, and reflect authentic service usage. These criteria are illustrative and not exhaustive; El Dorado reserves the right to make its reasoned evaluation.
● Whether it is a replica, in form or substance, of content published by another Program Participant, the content must be original in its concept, script, and format.
● Whether identical or substantially similar to a piece posted by another account.
● Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule in the Participant's jurisdiction.
El Dorado reserves the right to reject any video that, in its reasoned opinion, does not meet the quality, truthfulness, or brand image standards of the Program.
10.1. The Participant acknowledges that their content may be publicly associated with the El Dorado brand and agrees to publish only content that does not compromise, distort or affect the reputation, corporate image or integrity of El Dorado before third parties.
10.2. El Dorado may request that the Participant modify or remove content that, in its reasoned judgment, poses a risk to its brand image. The Participant must comply with this request within a maximum of 24 hours from notification. Failure to comply entitles El Dorado to reverse the corresponding Reward and, in cases of serious harm, to pursue appropriate legal action.
10.3. The Participant may not publicly or privately state or imply that they are acting as a representative, spokesperson, employee, or official spokesperson for El Dorado. The content must clearly demonstrate that it reflects the Participant's personal experience.
10.4. The use of El Dorado's trademarks, logos or visual identity elements in materials other than the approved Video is prohibited, except with the express written authorization of El Dorado.
The Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Program's financial terms, the amounts paid, and internal operational details. Furthermore, the Participant may not publicly disclose that they were contacted and selected directly by El Dorado, nor the Program's selection criteria.
The Participant grants El Dorado, in a prior, express, informed and unequivocal manner, authorization for the processing of their personal data, including their image when it appears visibly in their content, for the purposes of the Program and in accordance with El Dorado's Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy , available at:https://eldorado.io/legal/privacy-policy . This authorization is perfected by the mere act of accepting your participation in the Program.
13.1. During the program's term, El Dorado may request that the Participant submit the original, unedited (raw) content for which publication has been previously approved. In such case, the Participant grants El Dorado, free of charge, the rights of reproduction, distribution, dissemination, public communication, and adaptation thereof, for as long as it is relevant to El Dorado's own promotional purposes. These rights may be exercised through El Dorado's own channels, both organically and through paid advertising (ads), including the possibility of using third parties for the management and amplification of said channels.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, El Dorado will endeavor to credit the Participant as the author in both organic and paid advertising of the content. Furthermore, El Dorado undertakes to use the content responsibly, refraining from using it in contexts that could negatively affect the Participant's reputation, dignity, or integrity, including, but not limited to: its association with political, religious, discriminatory, violent, sexual, or immoral content, or its use in campaigns that promote products, services, or causes unrelated to El Dorado.
13.2. The Participant may not assign, license, or authorize the use of the content associated with the Program to third parties, whether brands, companies, or individuals, either during the Program's term or after its termination. Failure to comply with this obligation entitles El Dorado to reject or reverse the corresponding Reward and exclude the Participant from the Program.
13.3. The Participant guarantees that the content is his own work, that it does not infringe the rights of third parties and that he has all the necessary permissions for its publication and to grant the authorizations established herein.
14.1. The Participant is solely and exclusively responsible for the content he/she publishes, including its truthfulness, accuracy, originality and compliance with local regulations, the policies of each Eligible Platform and any applicable regulations.
14.2. El Dorado's approval of the Video does not imply endorsement or validation of its content before third parties or any regulatory authority.
14.3. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless El Dorado, its shareholders, directors, employees and affiliated companies, against any claim, demand, damage, loss, fine or expense arising, directly or indirectly, from the published content or the breach of these Terms and Conditions.
El Dorado assumes no responsibility for:
● Suspension, restriction or removal of the publication by the Eligible Platform.
● Legal, reputational or economic consequences arising from the content published by the Participant.
In no event shall El Dorado's liability to the Participant, under the Program, exceed the total value of the Reward credited by the Participant during the corresponding calendar month.
The Program operates continuously until El Dorado decides to suspend or terminate it, or until the allocated budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first. El Dorado may modify the terms, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, notifying the Participant through any means it deems appropriate. In the event of any changes to the scope or terms of the Program, the Participant may freely decide whether or not to continue under those conditions.
El Dorado may replace or exclude a Participant at any time, without prior notice or additional compensation, for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general Terms and Conditions.
Videos approved and pending payment at the time of suspension or termination of the Program will be paid according to the current Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of their submission to El Dorado for approval.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
When a dispute arises between the Participant and El Dorado in relation to this Program, it will be subject to the procedure established in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
Participants may submit requests, complaints, claims, disputes or suggestions related to this Program through the customer service channels provided by El Dorado.
Applications must be submitted clearly and with the necessary information to allow for proper review. If additional information is required, El Dorado will promptly notify the Participant.
El Dorado will review each request in good faith and provide a response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it.
The submission of a complaint or claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the general terms of the Platform.
