Terms and Conditions of Use
By using the Exchange feature, the user (hereinafter, the "Market Taker" or “MT”) accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with them, you must not use the service.
Exchange is a feature that allows Market Takers to automatically connect to the best available P2P exchange offer based on the parameters entered, including but not limited to the selected currency, amount, and payment method. El Dorado performs a search based on the parameters entered by the MT and the offers available at that time; however, the service should be considered only a recommendation. It should not be understood that El Dorado assumes any responsibility for it, and it is entirely the MT’s decision whether to follow the recommendation.
The price shown in the application is a reference price and may vary at the time the order is initiated, as the displayed price is taken from the average of the payment methods. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the order price.
The service allows the MT to select the asset they have and the one they want to receive. The user is responsible for verifying the payment method and currency, as well as any exchange restrictions that may apply to each transaction. El Dorado does not perform currency exchanges nor receive fiat money from Users. It is not an authorized exchange agent, and the Exchange feature only helps the User match with an available listing based on their search criteria.
The service will be available through the platform’s navigation bar via the “Exchange” button. The user may decide whether to access the service through that button or choose to make an exchange by browsing the full list of available offers under the P2P button.
The Exchange feature may be geographically limited, so users must verify whether the country they wish to perform the transaction in is available. El Dorado may remove the Exchange feature from any country at any time and without prior notice.

Payment method availability in the Exchange feature will depend on having at least 50 providers on the platform for that specific method. Methods that do not meet this requirement will not be available in Cambiar. It is the user’s responsibility to select the appropriate payment method for the transaction they wish to make.
The MT will initiate the exchange process by selecting their parameters, and the system will send requests to providers. If a provider accepts the request, the order will be opened. If no providers are available, the system will offer alternatives for the MT to adjust their search. If the MT does not wish to accept any of the offered alternatives, they may access the full list of offers and decide whether to continue with the exchange.
The Exchange feature aims to reduce cancellations so that when the MT connects with the provider, the exchange is carried out more directly. However, El Dorado will not be responsible if the provider cancels the order. It will be at the provider’s discretion to proceed with the order to which the MT is directed.
The MT is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information entered into the system. The platform is not responsible for any errors in the exchange resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published in this section, and continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions will be governed by the application's general terms and conditions of use.
