"Awards" El Dorado World Cup Campaign

1. Campaign Description

Awards is a mini app integrated within the El Dorado application. Within Awards you will find this Campaign: an interactive promotional dynamic with prizes subject to budget availability, organized by El Dorado with a World Cup/football theme.

Participation is free of charge. Attempts are obtained by completing Eligible Transactions within the Platform, as established in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Campaign: Interactive promotional dynamic with prizes subject to El Dorado's budget availability, available within the Awards mini app in accordance with these T&Cs.

Awards Mini App: Functionality integrated within the El Dorado application that hosts the Campaign. It is the only official channel enabled to participate in the Campaign.

Participant: Platform user who completes Eligible Transactions during the Campaign Validity Period and meets the requirements established in these T&Cs.

Attempt: Participation opportunity within the Campaign, obtained by completing an Eligible Transaction or through a valid Promotional Code in accordance with the conditions indicated in these T&Cs.

Eligible Transaction: Operation successfully completed within the Platform that generates an Attempt, according to the list established in these T&Cs.

Prize: Amount of USDT delivered to the Participant upon their participation in this Campaign, subject to the availability of the Campaign Budget.

Campaign Budget: Total amount in USDT allocated by El Dorado for the delivery of Prizes during the Campaign Validity Period as established in clause 9.2 of these T&Cs.

USDT: Tether, a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, used as the means of payment for the Prizes corresponding to this Campaign.

Platform: El Dorado mobile application through which Eligible Transactions are carried out and the Awards mini app is accessed.

Validity Period: Period during which the Campaign is active and available.

Promotional Code: Code generated by El Dorado that grants the Participant one or more additional Attempts within Awards.

3. Nature of the Campaign

The Campaign is an interactive promotional dynamic with prizes subject to El Dorado's budget availability, available within the Awards Mini App. El Dorado defines the Campaign Budget in advance, which determines the quantity of Prizes available for delivery. Once the Budget is exhausted, remaining Attempts will not generate a Prize.

Participation is free and requires no payment or consideration beyond the operations the Participant performs on the Platform in accordance with these T&Cs.

4. Validity

The Campaign will remain in effect as long as it is available on the Platform. However, El Dorado may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, modify, pause, extend or terminate the Campaign without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each user to periodically review the Platform and El Dorado's official channels to stay informed about any updates related to the Campaign.

Unused Attempts upon the closure or termination of the Campaign will expire and may not be claimed thereafter.

5. Eligibility

Users who meet the following requirements may participate in the Campaign:

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Have an active account on the El Dorado Platform.

• Have completed at least one Eligible Transaction during the Validity Period.

• Reside in one of the countries where El Dorado operates.

• Have completed and passed the corresponding identity verification (KYC) process as established in Annex B of the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.

Users with accounts that are suspended, blocked, or under El Dorado investigation during the Validity Period may not participate.

6. Access and Use of the Awards Mini App

6.1. Access

The Awards mini app is available within the El Dorado application. Access is free and requires no additional download or registration.

6.2. Availability

El Dorado will make reasonable efforts to keep the Awards mini app operational during the Campaign Validity Period, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or connectivity errors.

6.3. Compatibility

It is the Participant's responsibility to keep the application updated to ensure the correct functioning of the Awards mini app.

6.4. Attempt Balance

The Participant may check their Attempt balance at any time within the Awards mini app. The records in El Dorado's systems are the official source in case of discrepancy.

7. Participation Mechanics

7.1. Obtaining Attempts

Each Eligible Transaction successfully completed within the El Dorado Platform automatically generates one (1) Attempt credited to the Participant's balance within the Awards mini app.

7.2. Use of Attempts

Within the Awards mini app, the Participant may exercise each Attempt. Prizes are delivered in USDT and credited to the Participant's wallet within the Platform, subject to Campaign Budget availability and compliance with the requirements established in these T&Cs.

7.3. Attempt Computation

Only Eligible Transactions completed and credited during the Campaign Validity Period generate Attempts. Pending, cancelled, rejected, or incomplete transactions do not generate Attempts.

8. Eligible Transactions

The following operations, successfully completed within the Platform, generate one (1) Attempt each:

• P2P operations (both on-ramp and off-ramp).

• Withdrawals to external wallets.

• QR payments (subject to the daily limit in clause 9).

Operations not contemplated in this clause will not generate Attempts. El Dorado may update, modify, or remove, at any time and at its sole discretion, the list of transactions eligible for Attempt generation. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the Platform to stay informed about such updates.

9. Special Rule — QR Payments

QR payments have a daily limit for Attempt generation:

• Only the first 5 QR payments of the day generate one Attempt each.

• From the 6th QR payment onwards, the Participant may continue to use this product normally but will not receive additional Attempts.

• The limit resets each calendar day.

This limitation applies only to QR payments.

10. Prizes

10.1. Prize Delivery

Prizes are delivered in USDT and credited directly to the Participant's El Dorado wallet, subject to the availability of the Campaign Budget and compliance with the conditions established herein.

10.2. Budget

El Dorado will define in advance the budget allocated to the Campaign, based on which the availability of Prizes will be determined. Once said budget is exhausted, remaining Attempts will not generate any Prize.

El Dorado may, on a voluntary basis and at its sole discretion, increase or reduce the budget allocated to the Campaign during its Validity, without this constituting any obligation or generating any liability towards Participants.

10.3. Additional Conditions

Prizes granted under the Campaign are personal and non-transferable. Consequently, they may not be assigned, sold, transferred, exchanged, or allocated to third parties under any title.

Furthermore, Prizes will not be redeemable, in whole or in part, for cash, fiat currency, or crypto assets other than those expressly defined by El Dorado in these T&Cs.

During the Campaign Validity Period, there will be no maximum limit on the number of Prizes a single Participant may receive, provided they comply with the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions and Campaign budget is available.

10.4. Tax Obligations

Any tax obligation arising from the receipt of a Prize is the exclusive responsibility of the Participant. El Dorado assumes no withholding or tax payment obligations on behalf of the Participant.

11. Promotional Codes

El Dorado may generate Promotional Codes as part of marketing actions. Upon entering a valid code in the Awards mini app, the Participant will receive one or more additional Attempts.

Codes may be distributed in the manner and through the media that El Dorado defines.

El Dorado may invalidate a Promotional Code at any time in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these T&Cs.

Attempts obtained through promotional codes are equally subject to the conditions established in these T&Cs.

12. Grounds for Disqualification

Any Participant for whom the following is verified, or for whom there are reasonable indications that they have:

• Used bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Awards mini app or obtain Attempts.

• Carried out simulated or coordinated transactions to fraudulently generate Attempts.

• Used multiple accounts to accumulate Attempts or Prizes.

• Fraudulently used Promotional Codes.

• Violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the Platform's general terms.

• Had their El Dorado account suspended or blocked.

The determination of these grounds is the exclusive authority of El Dorado and may be updated and/or modified at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

El Dorado will not be liable for technical failures, interruptions, or connectivity errors affecting access to the Awards mini app, nor for loss of Attempts resulting from causes not attributable to El Dorado.

14. Modifications and Cancellation

El Dorado may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time. Any modification during the Validity Period will be notified through the Platform. It is the responsibility of each user to periodically review the Platform to stay informed about any updates related to the Campaign.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between the Participant and El Dorado related to the Campaign shall be submitted to the procedure established in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.

17. Requests, Complaints, and Claims

The Participant may submit requests, complaints, claims, or suggestions related to this campaign through the service channels enabled by El Dorado.

Requests must be submitted clearly and with the information necessary to allow their proper review. If additional information is required, El Dorado will communicate this to the Participant in a timely manner.

El Dorado will review each request in good faith and will provide a response within fifteen (15) business days following its receipt.

The submission of a request, complaint, or claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general terms.

Sending money
When a User wishes to send dollars to other bank accounts, they must provide the necessary information to execute the transfer by completing all mandatory fields in the application (full name, account type, receiving financial institution, account number (IBAN), and amount). It is the user's responsibility to verify that the information is correct for the type of transaction they wish to perform and to enter the correct routing number and bank account number for ACH or Wire.

To confirm execution of the fund transfer instruction, the user must authenticate using a method of authentication, which will be considered unequivocal proof that the User wishes to execute the transaction and authorizes its execution. You agree that you will not exercise a right of withdrawal for any reason against the financial entity regarding executed operations. We are not responsible if the data is incorrect and deposited into other accounts. It is your responsibility to verify the data provided for the execution of any operation.

If your transfer request is received outside banking hours, it will begin processing on the next business day.

Receiving money
To receive funds in your digital dollar account, you must provide the sender with the Product details, which you can verify in the El Dorado App and share with anyone you wish. You must ensure that this information is provided correctly so that the transaction can be processed successfully.

Once the transfer is made, it will be subject to the crediting period established in these terms and conditions.

Suppose it is necessary to provide additional information or documentation to receive the funds. In that case, we will notify you by email, and you must complete the requirement to complete the crediting process.

  • User Declarations

By using the Product, the User declares that:

  • They are of legal age.

  • They are not located in, a resident or national of, any jurisdiction sanctioned by the United States, including jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC. Nor are they included on any sanctions list.

  • They will not use the dollar account interface for any prohibited or illegal activity.

  • Transactions carried out through the dollar account interface may be subject to fees and commissions, which will be clearly indicated before the confirmation of each operation. The user accepts these fees when performing any transaction.

  • The user undertakes to follow best practices for account security, including the use of secure passwords. The platform will adopt reasonable security measures to protect user information, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of transmitted data.

  • The user is responsible for all transactions carried out from their account. In the event of detecting unauthorized or suspicious transactions, the user must notify the platform immediately.

  • The User understands that the platform will not be responsible for financial losses arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to transaction errors, connection failures with Bridge, or any other technical incident.

  • The User understands that the platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service.

Authorization to carry out transactions

For the use of the Product, the user acknowledges and accepts that El Dorado may carry out, on their behalf, the necessary actions or operations for the proper functioning of the Product. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user grants El Dorado an express mandate with representation to act on their behalf, for the execution of purchase and sale operations of Digital Assets with the dollars deposited in the Lead Bank digital account, as well as other actions, procedures or operations that, reasonably and according to the technical or functional circumstances of the channel used, may be required in the future to ensure continuity, effectiveness, and proper provision of the requested services.

Role of El Dorado

El Dorado’s participation in operations is strictly limited to providing the technology necessary to facilitate the User’s operations with the Product, as appropriate, and to reflect such operations with transparency and security. In this regard, El Dorado is an information technology provider focused mainly on supporting the purchase and sale of digital dollars, as applicable.

El Dorado does not carry out foreign exchange operations, does not receive or manage funds from the public, does not grant or manage credit, nor does it carry out operations that generate direct or contingent liabilities for El Dorado. The operations instructed by the User will be executed immediately after their instruction, regardless of the processing times of Third-Party Partners and the financial institution and the means by which funds are received. In any case, the User understands and accepts that crediting of their balance may take up to 3 business days.

Unrecognized transactions

If you suspect an unauthorized debit in the Product, loss or theft of access credentials, or if the Product is compromised in any way, please contact us immediately through our available channels.

Any delay in reporting these events may affect the security of your account and result in losses for which you will be responsible. You must provide us with any information necessary to carry out the investigation and take the required actions to secure your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your information technology, software, and platform are configured to access our Services. We cannot guarantee that our services are free from errors or viruses.

In cases where unauthorized transactions occur as a result of a scam, phishing, or similar method that may or may not involve social engineering, El Dorado will not be responsible, and the User understands and accepts that the custody of their data and passwords is their sole responsibility. Therefore, disclosing such information, even in such situations, does not entitle the User to any reimbursement or payment for losses that may occur.

Lawful origin of funds

The User acknowledges, accepts, and guarantees that, when contracting the Product, they use funds whose origin they know, can identify, and which come from lawful sources, and that are not linked to or related to illicit activities or persons involved in such activities.

Blocking, inactivation, reactivation, and cancellation

El Dorado will block the Product when:
(i) it receives an attachment, blocking, or retention order from a competent authority;
(ii) behaviors arise that warrant investigations by authorities or by El Dorado in compliance with its legal duty of due diligence and prevention of criminal activities and cooperation with the authorities;
(iii) there are objective and reasonable causes;
(iv) if the information provided by the Client proves to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, in whole or in part, until El Dorado can verify its accuracy through phone call, email, personal, virtual, or any other means of communication with the User;
(v) if the User receives unjustified transfers of funds and/or payments and/or deposits.

The User may also request El Dorado, for any reason they deem appropriate, to block or deactivate the Product through the mobile application or the email support.admin@eldorado.io.

The User may stop using the Product at any time. These terms and conditions will remain in force until the Product is canceled. To cancel the account, the User must withdraw all available funds before contacting the support team. If the support team determines that the User has available funds for withdrawal, they will request that the user withdraw them to proceed with the cancellation request for the Product.

Refunds
In the event that an ACH or WIRE transfer is canceled or rejected for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect information provided by the user, rejection by the receiving bank, use of SWIFT, or other similar causes, the funds will not be automatically credited to the user’s account. The user must promptly contact the Customer Support department through the El Dorado Platform/App or via email at support.admin@eldorado.io, so that the case can be reviewed and the possibility of a refund assessed within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) hours from the user’s contact.

If the cancellation is attributable to a user error, the refund, if applicable, will be reflected in USDT in the general balance of the user’s El Dorado account. However, El Dorado reserves the right, at its sole discretion and depending on the circumstances of the case, to process the refund without including any previously applied commission or fee.

Certifications

El Dorado will provide the User with a certification containing the data associated with their digital dollar account, including the necessary information for third parties to make deposits. When a User wishes to obtain it, they must request it by email at support.admin@eldorado.io, and it will be delivered within three business days from the date of the request.
