1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
"El Dorado Experience" (hereinafter, "the Program") is an initiative of El Dorado through which active users of the Platform are rewarded for the creation and publication of original content about the use of El Dorado products and services on social networks.
Participation in the Program does not create any employment, representation, agency, or commercial relationship between the Participant and El Dorado, other than that expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&Cs"). The Participant acts at all times in a personal capacity and on their own behalf.
Geographic Scope: The El Dorado Experience program will be available in the countries determined by El Dorado, which will be communicated in due course through the platform. El Dorado reserves the right to expand or restrict these geographic areas.
2. NATURE OF PARTICIPATION
2.1. Participation in the Program does not, under any circumstances, create an employment, representation, agency, mandate, partnership or any other commercial or contractual relationship between the Participant and El Dorado, other than that expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The Participant acts at all times in their own name and on their own behalf. Consequently, they are not authorized to enter into obligations, make statements, or assume commitments on behalf of El Dorado, nor to act as its representative, employee, agent, or spokesperson before third parties.
2.3. The Prize awarded by the Program does not constitute a salary, fee, employment compensation, or remuneration of any kind. It is an incentive conditional upon compliance with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions and the organic reach of the Participant's publication.
2.4. The Participant is solely responsible for any tax, fiscal, or other obligations that may arise from receiving the Prize in their jurisdiction. El Dorado assumes no responsibility for such obligations.
3. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
4. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Program, the Participant must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registering their publication:
4.1. Be over 18 years of age.
4.2. Be registered and have an active account on the El Dorado Platform.
4.3. Have completed and approved the Level 2 identity verification process (standard KYC) in accordance with the provisions of Annex B of the General Terms and Conditions of the Platform.
4.4. Reside in one of the countries established by El Dorado within the geographical scope of this Program.
4.5. Not to be an employee, contractor, supplier, consultant or direct relative of employees of El Dorado or of related companies.
4.6. Not have an account that is suspended, restricted or under investigation by El Dorado at the time of participation.
4.7. Failure to comply with any of these requirements, at any time during the process, disqualifies the Participant from receiving the Prize, regardless of whether the Claim has already been registered.
5. PROGRAM MECHANICS
5.1. Registration: The Participant completes the registration form on the Program's official Landing Page. Upon confirming their registration, they will receive an email with guidelines for creating content related to El Dorado's products and/or services. Compliance with these guidelines is mandatory.
This process is identical for all Participants, regardless of whether they access the Program independently or by direct invitation from El Dorado.
5.2. Publication: The Participant publishes the original content on one of the Eligible Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn or X), visibly including the Official Hashtag #ExperienciaElDorado and the tag of the official El Dorado account corresponding to their country of residence, as follows :
Without the Official Hashtag and the corresponding tag, the post will not be eligible under any circumstances.
Content requirements: Published content must meet the following conditions to be considered eligible:
There is no minimum duration required for video content. However, the content must be long enough to convey the Participant's experience in a way that is understandable to the audience.
5.3. Claim: Between the 1st and 15th day after the actual publication date of the content on the Eligible Platform, the Participant may submit their Claim through the Program's Landing Page by completing all the required information, along with the download link for the original video (via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer). By submitting the form, the Participant declares, under their own responsibility, that the information provided is truthful, complete, and verifiable. After the 15th day from the actual publication date, the Claim will not be valid under any circumstances . The 15-day period is calculated from the actual publication date on the Eligible Platform, not from the date the Claim is registered.
5.4. Single Cut-Off: Each registered listing has only one opportunity to file a claim. Once the form has been submitted, multiple claims or modifications to the same listing will not be accepted.
5.5. Review: The El Dorado team will review each Claim before approving payment. The maximum review period is 10 business days from receipt of the Claim, which may be shorter depending on El Dorado's operational volume.
If there are any doubts about the veracity of the information provided, El Dorado may request a screen recording or other additional evidence from the Participant regarding the indicated metrics. Should the Participant choose not to provide the requested information, they will be automatically disqualified from the Claim and excluded from the Program, without the right to file future claims.
5.6. Payment: The Prize will be credited to the Participant's El Dorado account in digital dollars (USDT) within the same 10 business days established for the review, once the Claim is approved. This period may be shorter depending on El Dorado's operational capacity.
6. PRIZE TABLE
Rewards are assigned based on the number of Organic Views credited to the post at the time of the Claim , according to the following table:
Posts with fewer than 1,000 views are not eligible for payment and will be automatically excluded from the Program.
The prize corresponds to the level achieved at the time of the claim and is fixed and unchangeable. Views accumulated after the claim is submitted do not generate additional payment nor modify the prize already assigned.
7. LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS
7.1. Participation limit: Maximum 10 paid publications per Participant per calendar month, counted from the date of their first content publication on the Eligible Platforms.
7.2. Reward Cap: The maximum prize that can be accumulated per Participant is $450 USDT per calendar month . In no case will the total prizes credited to a Participant in that month exceed this amount.
7.3. Multiplatform: The same content may be published on multiple eligible platforms; however, each piece of content will have its own view counter, its own 15-day period for making the respective claim, and its own prize as established in these Terms and Conditions. Views do not accumulate across platforms.
7.4. Content Retention: The Participant agrees to keep their post active, public, and visible for a minimum of 30 days from the date of publication . Should the Participant fail to comply with this provision, El Dorado reserves the right to reverse the prize and, therefore, to require its return by the Participant.
8. PARTICIPANTS BY INVITATION FROM EL DORADO
8.1. El Dorado may contact content creators directly to invite them to participate in the Program. Such invitation does not create any employment relationship, nor any other relationship other than that expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. The only payment to which these invited Participants will be entitled is the Prize established in the Prize Table of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Claim process described herein. There is no, nor will there be, any additional remuneration for having been contacted directly by El Dorado.
8.3. The invited Participant must comply with all the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions just like any other Participant.
9. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

It is strictly forbidden to publish content that:
El Dorado reserves the right to reject any claim associated with content that, in its reasoned opinion, does not meet the quality, truthfulness, or brand image standards of the Program.
10. PROTECTION OF THE IMAGE OF EL DORADO
10.1. The Participant acknowledges that their content created for the Program may be publicly associated with the El Dorado brand and, consequently, undertakes to publish only content that does not compromise, distort or affect the reputation, corporate image or integrity of El Dorado before third parties.
10.2. El Dorado may request that the Participant modify or remove content that, in its reasoned judgment, poses a risk to its brand image, regardless of whether such content is subject to a pending Claim. The Participant must comply with this request within a maximum of 24 hours from notification. Failure to comply with this obligation entitles El Dorado to refuse any outstanding prize payment (if eligible) and, in cases of serious harm, to pursue appropriate legal action.
10.3. The Participant may not publicly or privately state or imply that they are acting as a representative, spokesperson, employee, or official spokesperson for El Dorado. The content must clearly demonstrate that it reflects the Participant's personal experience.
10.4. The use of El Dorado's trademarks, logos or visual identity elements in thumbnails, covers or other materials other than the content registered in the Program is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by El Dorado.
11. PREVENTION OF FRAUD AND MANIPULATION OF METRICS
11.1. The use of any tool, service, bot, script, view farm, play exchange or other artificial mechanism intended to inflate views, likes, comments, reposts or any other metric of the publication is strictly prohibited.
11.2. El Dorado uses its own and third-party verification methods to detect artificial metrics. The presentation of metrics with unusual patterns or inconsistent with the Participant's organic profile will be considered indicative of fraud.
11.3. The declaration of false information in the Claim form will constitute fraud and will activate all the consequences described in this section.
11.4. In the event of any indication of manipulation of metrics, fraud or false statements, El Dorado may, unilaterally and without prior notice:
11.5. The Participant's refusal to provide the Screen Recording or other supplementary evidence requested by El Dorado in the context of the review of a Claim will entitle El Dorado to reject said Claim without further formality and exclude the Participant from the Program.
12. PARTICIPANT'S LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
12.1. All Participants, without exception, are solely and exclusively responsible for the content they publish , including its truthfulness, accuracy, originality and compliance with local regulations, the policies of each Eligible Platform and any applicable regulations regarding advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property and similar matters.
12.2. Participation in the Program does not imply endorsement, validation, or approval by El Dorado of the Participant's content. El Dorado does not review content prior to publication.
12.3. If the Participant uses financial, regulatory or technical terms incorrectly, or makes statements that do not accurately reflect the reality of El Dorado's products and/or services or the market, the responsibility for any resulting consequences will fall exclusively on the Participant.
12.4. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless El Dorado, its shareholders, directors, employees and affiliated companies, against any claim, demand, damage, loss, fine or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising, directly or indirectly, from the content published within the framework of the Program, the information declared in the Claim form, or the breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF EL DORADO
13.1. El Dorado assumes no responsibility for:
13.2. In no event shall El Dorado's liability to a Participant, under the Program, exceed the total value of the Prizes obtained by said Participant during the corresponding calendar month.
14. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND USE OF RAW CONTENT
14.1. The Participant grants El Dorado, in advance, expressly, knowingly, and unequivocally, authorization for the processing of their personal data, including their image when it appears visibly in their content, for the purposes of the Program and in accordance with El Dorado's Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, available at: https://eldorado.io/legal/privacy-policy. This authorization is perfected by the mere act of accepting these Terms and Conditions upon registration in the Program.
14.2. The Participant authorizes El Dorado to use, at its sole discretion and when it deems appropriate, the raw content provided at the time of the Claim. Should El Dorado use said content, the Participant grants El Dorado, free of charge and for the time it is relevant for El Dorado's promotional purposes, the rights of reproduction, distribution, dissemination, public communication, and adaptation thereof. These rights may be exercised on El Dorado's own channels, both organically and through paid advertising (ads), including the possibility of relying on third parties for the management and amplification of said channels.
El Dorado will endeavor to credit the Participant as the author in both organic and paid advertising uses of the content. Furthermore, El Dorado commits to using the content responsibly, refraining from using it in contexts that could negatively affect the Participant's reputation, dignity, or integrity, including, but not limited to: its association with political, religious, discriminatory, violent, sexual, or morally objectionable content, or its use in campaigns that promote products, services, or causes unrelated to El Dorado.
14.3. The Participant may not assign, license, or authorize the use of the content associated with the Program (including its raw version) to third parties, whether brands, companies, or individuals, either during the Program's term or after its termination. Failure to comply with this obligation entitles El Dorado to reject or reverse the corresponding Prize and exclude the Participant from the Program.
14.4. The Participant guarantees that the content is their own work, does not infringe the rights of third parties, and that they have all the necessary permissions for its publication and to grant the aforementioned assignment.
15. INFORMATION AND STATISTICS
15.1. By participating in the Program, the Participant agrees to provide El Dorado with insights, metrics and statistics of their publication when required, in particular those related to the country of origin of the audience, geographic reach and demographics.
15.2. This information will be used exclusively for internal purposes of analysis and improvement of the Program, and will not be shared with third parties without the prior consent of the Participant.

17. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
When a dispute arises between the Participant and El Dorado in relation to this Program, it will be subject to the procedure established in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
19. PETITIONS, COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Participants may submit requests, complaints, claims, disputes or suggestions related to this Program through the customer service channels provided by El Dorado.
Applications must be submitted clearly and with the necessary information to allow for proper review. If additional information is required, El Dorado will promptly notify the Participant.
El Dorado will review each request in good faith and provide a response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it.
The submission of a complaint or claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the general terms of the Platform.

22. PROGRAM VALIDITY AND MODIFICATIONS
The Program will remain in effect until El Dorado announces its suspension, cancellation, or termination via the Landing Page. It is the Participant's sole responsibility to verify the Program's validity before publishing and registering any content, and to periodically review the Landing Page for any modifications, updates, or adjustments to these Terms and Conditions. El Dorado assumes no responsibility for failure to notice such changes or for publications made after the Program's suspension, cancellation, or termination.
Any modification to the prize table, deadlines, mechanics, or terms of the Program will take effect upon publication on the Landing Page and will apply only to entries registered after that date. Entries registered prior to that date will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of their registration, unless the modification implies a substantial change to the general terms of the Program. Continued participation in the Program will be understood as full and binding acceptance of the new terms.
In the event of suspension, cancellation or termination of the Program, any Claims that are in progress regarding publications duly registered prior to such situation will be subject to review by El Dorado, who will determine their validity in accordance with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.
El Dorado may exclude a Participant from the Program at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general Terms and Conditions.
