For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”), the following definitions shall apply:
● User: Natural person who holds an active USD Account at El Dorado.
● USD Account: USD account offered by El Dorado through the Platform.
● Progression System: A model structured by El Dorado based on the User's activity and consistency in receiving their salary in the USD Account, which allows access to certain benefits as established in these Terms and Conditions.
● Golden Collection: Initial level of the Progression System that grants 0% commission under the conditions described in these T&Cs.
● Club Dorado: Unlockable level within the Progression System after fulfilling the consistency criteria defined in these Terms and Conditions.
● Allies: Independent third parties that offer benefits associated with the Club Dorado.
● Platform: El Dorado App or Web App according to the general terms and conditions of use.
The Dorado Club is part of a Progression System implemented by El Dorado, based on the User's consistency in receiving their salary in USD through their USD Account within the Platform.
This system is not a temporary promotion or a commercial campaign, but a structured scheme of recognition for the recurring use of the USD Account.
The Progression System is composed of two levels:
Immediate benefit applicable when the User:
● $800 USD in their USD account , and
● This salary is received between the 1st and 5th of the calendar month .
In these cases, El Dorado will apply a 0% deposit commission for receiving the salary . Compliance with these conditions is verified monthly by El Dorado.
This benefit will be valid until September 1, 2026. In any case, El Dorado may suspend, modify or change the conditions and validity of the benefit, which will be duly informed through the update of these terms and conditions.
The Club Dorado is an unlockable level in the Progression System.
The User will be able to access when:
● You have received your salary in USD into your USD Account for two (2) consecutive months , and
● Request access using the form provided by El Dorado for this purpose. Access is not automatic and is subject to internal validation by El Dorado.
● Compliance with the criteria will be assessed exclusively based on El Dorado's internal records.
● Progress may be lost if the User ceases to meet the established requirements.
● El Dorado may update, modify or adjust the criteria of the Progression System at any time, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and it will be the User's responsibility to verify the update of the same.
● Participation in the Progression System does not generate permanent acquired rights or expectations of indefinite continuity.
The Club Dorado may include benefits in categories such as:
● Restaurants
● Fashion
● Vet
● Aesthetics
Benefits may be subject to specific conditions defined by the corresponding Partners. Users must verify the details of the benefits once they have access to the Club Dorado, and benefits may change and be subject to removal or the addition of new ones. El Dorado, at its sole discretion, may decide which benefits to make available to the Club Dorado.
El Dorado acts as administrator of the Progression System and facilitator of access to benefits offered by Allies, but not as a direct provider of the goods or services they offer.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, El Dorado is not responsible for the fulfillment, execution or provision of benefits offered by third parties.
Consequently:
● It does not guarantee the availability, quality or continuity of the services offered by Aliados.
● It does not assume responsibility for breaches, delays, modifications or failures attributable to third parties.
● Any claim related to these benefits should be directed to the corresponding Ally, through their official customer service channels.
The Dorado Club will be available in the countries determined by El Dorado, which will be communicated through the Platform.
El Dorado may expand or restrict the geographical areas of availability according to technical, operational or regulatory criteria.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any dispute related to El Club Dorado will be subject to the procedure established in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
The User may submit requests, complaints, claims or suggestions related to the Dorado Club through the customer service channels enabled by El Dorado.
Applications must be submitted with sufficient information for proper review. El Dorado will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
The submission of a complaint or claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's General Terms.

El Dorado may modify, update, or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified through the Platform.
The User's continued participation in the Dorado Club will be understood as full and binding acceptance of the new conditions.
