"Bolivia — Argentina Trip Dynamic" is a dynamic with a single prize, organized by El Dorado, aimed at encouraging the completion of Eligible Transfers by El Dorado users of Bolivian nationality who reside in the Plurinational State of Bolivia or in the Republic of Argentina, in accordance with these T&Cs.
Participation is free of charge. The Participant who carries out the highest number of Eligible Transfers during the Validity Period will be declared the winner, in accordance with these T&Cs. This Dynamic does not constitute a raffle or a game of chance; the determination of the winner does not depend on luck or any random mechanism.
Dynamic: The "Bolivia — Argentina Trip Dynamic," organized by El Dorado in accordance with these T&Cs.
Participant: Platform user of Bolivian nationality, with residence registered and verified in the Plurinational State of Bolivia or in the Republic of Argentina, who carries out Eligible Transfers during the Validity Period and meets the requirements established in these T&Cs.
Prize: Round-trip airfare between Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), or its alternative in USDT, in accordance with Section 7.4 of these T&Cs.
Platform: El Dorado's mobile application through which Eligible Transfers are carried out.
Validity Period: The period during which the Dynamic is active, in accordance with these T&Cs.
The Dynamic consists of an initiative with a single prize, in which the winner is determined exclusively by the number of Eligible Transfers carried out during the Validity Period, without any intervention of chance or raffle of any kind. Participation is free of charge and requires no payment or consideration other than the Eligible Transfers the Participant carries out on the Platform in accordance with these T&Cs.
The Dynamic is valid from July 10, 2026, through July 25, 2026. El Dorado may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, modify, pause, or end the Dynamic prior to that date, without prior notice, notifying such change through the Platform or its official channels.
Users who meet the following requirements may participate in the Dynamic:
a) Be 18 years of age or older.
b) Have an active account on the El Dorado Platform.
c) Hold Bolivian nationality.
d) Have residence registered and verified in the Plurinational State of Bolivia or in the Republic of Argentina.
e) Have completed and passed the corresponding identity verification (KYC) process, in accordance with Annex B of the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
f) Have carried out at least one Eligible Transfer, in accordance with these T&Cs, during the Validity Period.
This Dynamic is directed exclusively at El Dorado users of Bolivian nationality, with residence registered in Bolivia or in Argentina.
Users with accounts that are suspended, blocked, or under El Dorado investigation during the Validity Period may not participate.
The following operation, successfully completed within the Platform during the Validity Period, will be counted to determine the winner of the Dynamic:
a) Transfers under the F2F (fiat-to-fiat) flow between Bolivia and Argentina, in either direction, in accordance with the Platform's flow (BOB→USDT→ARS or ARS→USDT→BOB).
With respect to the transaction described in item a), El Dorado solely provides virtual asset services, including the establishment of a USDT escrow to facilitate such Eligible Transfer. Fiat currency operations arising from such transaction constitute direct agreements between Platform users through the payment methods they define. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify whether any applicable foreign exchange restrictions exist.
Operations not contemplated in this section will not be counted for purposes of the Dynamic. El Dorado may update, modify, or remove, at any time and at its sole discretion, the definition of Eligible Transfer.
7.1. Determination of the Winner
The Participant who has carried out the highest number of Eligible Transfers during the Validity Period will be declared the winner of the Dynamic.
In the event of a tie between two or more Participants with an equal number of Eligible Transfers, the winner will be the one who reached that number first, in accordance with the Platform's chronological record. If the tie persists, El Dorado will determine the tie-breaking mechanism, which will be communicated in advance through the Platform or its official channels.
7.2. Validation and Announcement of the Winner
El Dorado will validate compliance with the eligibility requirements and the number of Eligible Transfers of the Participant with the highest number registered. The result will be announced on July 27, 2026, through the Platform or its official channels. It is the user's responsibility to check said channels and stay informed accordingly.
7.3. Prize
The Prize consists of a round-trip airfare between the cities of Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), in accordance with the following criteria:
a) If the winner has residence registered in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, the Prize will correspond to the round-trip route Santa Cruz de la Sierra – Buenos Aires – Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
b) If the winner has residence registered in the Republic of Argentina, the Prize will correspond to the round-trip route Buenos Aires – Santa Cruz de la Sierra – Buenos Aires.
The Prize covers exclusively the air route between the cities indicated in items a) and b) above, as applicable. Any additional expense the winner may incur to travel from their city of residence to the point of origin of their flight (for example, a transfer from La Paz to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, or from Córdoba to Buenos Aires) will be the winner's sole responsibility. El Dorado does not assume or reimburse such expenses.
Both the outbound and return flights must take place within the month of November 2026. The available dates for the outbound and return flights will be communicated by El Dorado directly to the winner, once their compliance with the eligibility requirements has been confirmed, subject to airline availability.
El Dorado will not be liable for cancellations, itinerary changes, delays, overbooking, or any other contingency attributable to the airline or to third parties unrelated to El Dorado. In such cases, any related management, rescheduling, or claim must be processed directly with the airline, in accordance with its own policies and terms of service.
7.4. Alternative Option
If the winner decides not to use the ticket on the available dates, they may choose to receive 400 USDT instead of the trip, which will be credited to their El Dorado wallet within a period not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours from the time they notify their intention to use such alternative. Both options will not be granted.
7.5. Additional Conditions
The Prize is personal and non-transferable. It may not be assigned, sold, transferred, exchanged, or allocated to third parties under any title. The Prize is not redeemable for any option other than the one expressly defined in Section 7.4.
Any tax obligation arising from receipt of the Prize is the winner's sole responsibility. El Dorado assumes no withholding or tax payment obligations on the winner's behalf.
El Dorado reserves the right to verify, prior to delivering the Prize, both the validity of the Eligible Transfers and compliance with the eligibility requirements established in these T&Cs.
Should the Participant with the highest number of Eligible Transfers fail to meet the eligibility requirements, or should such compliance not be verifiable, El Dorado reserves the right to disqualify said Participant and declare the eligible Participant with the next-highest number of valid Eligible Transfers as the winner.
Any Participant for whom the following is verified, or for whom there are reasonable indications that they have, will be disqualified from the Dynamic:
a) Does not meet the eligibility requirements established in these T&Cs.
b) Carried out simulated or coordinated transactions to fraudulently generate Eligible Transfers. c) Used multiple accounts to accumulate Eligible Transfers.
d) Violated these Terms and Conditions and/or the Platform's general terms.
e) Has their El Dorado account suspended or blocked.
The foregoing grounds are illustrative and non-exhaustive. The determination of these grounds is the exclusive authority of El Dorado.
El Dorado will not be liable for technical failures, interruptions, or connectivity errors affecting access to the Platform, nor for the inability to complete an Eligible Transfer due to causes not attributable to El Dorado.
Likewise, El Dorado will not be liable for events attributable to the airline, including cancellations, itinerary changes, delays, or other contingencies related to the provision of air transportation services.
El Dorado may modify, suspend, or cancel the Dynamic at any time, without this giving rise to any compensation in favor of Participants. Any modification during the Validity Period will be notified through the Platform. It is the user's obligation to periodically review such channels to stay informed accordingly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any dispute between the Participant and El Dorado related to the Dynamic will be submitted to the procedure established in the Platform's General Terms and Conditions.
The Participant may submit requests, complaints, or claims related to this Dynamic through the service channels enabled by El Dorado. El Dorado will review each request in good faith and provide a response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
Requests must be submitted clearly and with the information necessary to allow proper review. If additional information is required, El Dorado will communicate this to the Participant in a timely manner.
The submission of a Request, Complaint, or Claim does not suspend the application of these Terms and Conditions or the Platform's general terms.
