Hello! In this blog we will explain to you how they work the new limits for canceled orders and the automatic pause for P2P ads. If you use El Dorado, try P2P to find out if this change affected you, and take them into account.
Limit of canceled P2P orders
We've noticed that some merchants face problems with spam orders or cancellations for no reason.
Therefore, as of August 6, 2024, If a user cancels 3 orders in one day, they will not be able to create new orders in El Dorado P2P for 24 hours. During this period, you will be able to do deposits and withdrawals.
We'll also add a short form when canceling an order to better understand the reasons why P2P orders are being canceled.
Limit for the number of active P2P orders at the same time
Now, users of El Dorado P2P will have a limit of 3 active orders at the same time. This change ensures that merchants can handle each order properly and thus avoid disputes.
If a user wants to start a new order, they must first complete one of their active orders.
Automatic pause for ads in El Dorado P2P
A merchant's P2P ads won't show on the P2P marketplace if the merchant is inactive for more than 12 hours.
If you are inactive for more than 24 hours, the offers will be automatically paused.
In both cases, the merchant will be able to activate their ads again once they are online.
Do a P2P in the App to test the new limits for canceled orders and the automatic pause for P2P ads.

These changes seek to keep ads active in our P2P marketplace, improve the user experience, avoid disputes, and protect the reputation of merchants.
