Many Merchants told us that they had problems with some orders coming from our API.
After sending the payment, some users forgot to mark that they had received it, which generated unnecessary disputes and delays in the workflow.
To solve this, we implemented an improvement that makes the process more agile and reliable:
Now, the commands you receive from any application that uses our API are They will automatically release When you mark the Paid as made and the buyer does not confirm or open a dispute within the established time.
This means more fluidity and less friction for our Gold and Silver Merchants.
How does it work?
- When you dial an order like Paid, the total time (30 minutes) starts running.
- If the buyer Do not mark as received or open a dispute, the order is automatically released.
- The button to start a dispute will be available 20 minutes after you mark the order as paid.
- Applies only to orders up to 500 USDT, and will be available only to Merchants with Gold or Silver badge.
Safety conditions
- Buyers will receive reminders to confirm or open a dispute before the time runs out.
- If a buyer opens a dispute before the deadline is up, The automatic release stops.
With this update, we simplify the process, reduce disputes and improve efficiency of our Merchants.
