What should I do if my verification was rejected?
There are several reasons why your verification may have been rejected, including:
- Using a document without a photo.
- Submitting a copy of the document instead of the original.
- The document you used is expired.
- The document is damaged and not legible.

- The photo taken was blurry and the document is not legible.
