Starting from Thursday, June 5, 2025, El Dorado will not allow Venezuelan residents to open accounts, use the P2P market, make USDT deposits from other wallets, or deposit funds in “El Dorado Gana” to generate profits.
The functions of El Dorado Pay, and USDT withdrawals by Tron or Arbitrum to other external wallets will be enabled until June 20, 2025. If you are a user resident in Venezuela, we recommend that you withdraw your funds before this date.
We know that this news may raise doubts. That's why we've prepared this guide with all the information you need to securely manage your account and funds.
What will happen to my USDT?
Until June 20, you can withdraw your USDT directly from the app, to another external wallet such as Binance, through the network of Arbitrum or TRON.
These are the only two networks enabled to make withdrawals in El Dorado. Make sure to use an address on the same network to avoid sending your USDT to an unsupported wallet.

How long will you be able to use El Dorado if you live in Venezuela?
As of June 4th, You can only make withdrawals per network (Arbitrum or TRON). The following features will be disabled for users residing in Venezuela:
- El Dorado P2P: disabled since June 5, 2025
- USDT deposits: disabled since June 5, 2025
- El Dorado Wins: enabled until June 20, 2025
- El Dorado Pay: enabled until June 20, 2025.
- USDT withdrawals: enabled until June 20, 2025
Will I be able to use the app if I don't live in Venezuela?
If your country of residence is not Venezuela, you can continue to use the services normally.
If you registered as a Venezuelan resident in El Dorado, and now you live in another country, please contact us as soon as possible through the support button in the app or send us an email to soporte@eldorado.io.
Until when can I withdraw my funds?
You'll have time until June 20, 2025 to withdraw your balance directly from the app.
After that date, you must request the removal from the support team in the app. Our team will manually process your refund to an Arbitrum or TRON wallet.
