What do I do if my verification was declined?
There are several reasons why your verification may have been declined, including:
- Have used a document without a photo
- Have sent the photo of a copy, instead of the original
- The document you used has expired
- The document is in poor condition and is not legible
- The photo taken had poor lighting and the document is not legible in the photo
- The photo taken is moved and the document is not legible
Requirements to be able to post ads in El Dorado P2P
