3. Benefit: Participants who meet the established requirements will be able to receive a 10% cashback, with a Maximum limit of 5 USD per user, subject to budget availability.
   1. Cap: Participating users will have the opportunity to receive up to 5 USD of cashback.
   2. Subject to Budget: The cashback will be given to users until the budget allocated for the dynamic is exhausted.
   3. Validity: The benefit will apply only once per user during the period of dynamics.
4. Participation Requirements: To be eligible for cashback, users must:
   • Have a verified account within El Dorado.
   • Have a verified account within Wally.
   • To own the Wally Mastercard card.
   • Make one or more recharges to your Wally wallet for a cumulative amount greater than 50 USDT utilizing El Dorado P2P.

5. Cashback delivery:
