During certain hours of the week, merchants will have the option of obtaining a percentage of cashbacks on the total amount of commissions charged by our P2P marketplace.

How can I participate in this campaign?
To participate in this campaign, you'll need to create your own ads in El Dorado, thus becoming a P2P merchant. What if I'm not a merchant?
You can become a merchant by following these steps:
1. Have +7 days registered with the El Dorado App.
2. At least 10 commands as an Explorer (taking offers from other users in P2P).
3. Volume greater than 250 USDT.
4. Have traded with 5 different Merchants.

How do cashbacks work?
During the selected days between May 22 and June 14, 2024, we will have 2 hours of cashback per day, where the P2P orders that you manage to complete within that established time will receive a cashback on the commissions generated.
This means that the more orders you complete during these hours, the more cashbacks you will have.
As mentioned above, this campaign will be active from May 22 to June 14, 2024 and will be open to all merchants who meet the above requirements.
Merchants who accumulate rewards will receive the previous week's cashback in their El Dorado accounts every Tuesday.
What will be the hours with cashback?
Cashbacks will be activated in El Dorado P2P from Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 13:00 (Colombian Time), meaning that, during those 2 hours, every order for every order you complete as a merchant during those hours, you will receive a weekly cashback in your El Dorado account.
How much will the cashback be this time?
Now if you've reached the part that matters most to you, as we mentioned above, this time the cashback you receive will depend on your activity in El Dorado P2P.
For this new campaign, we will have “Tiers of Cashbacks”, which will be different levels of cashback that will increase as your trading volume increases.
The different tiers will be:
- Tier 1
- Who applies? : Merchants with volume greater than 200 USDT
- Amount of Cashback: 15%
- Tier 2
- Who applies? : Merchants with volume greater than 1,000 USDT
- Amount of Cashback: 20%
- Tier 3
- Who applies? : Merchants with volume greater than 3,000 USDT
- Amount of Cashback: 30%
- Tier 4
- Who applies? : Merchants with volume greater than 5,000 USDT

P: Do I need to create a new offer during cashback?
A: No, your offers created before cashback will receive the reward corresponding to orders completed during the mentioned time.
P: What happens if a user opens an order for me before the cashback ends, but the order is completed after the cashback ends?
A: The system will only take into account orders that are completed during the established hours, so if the order is completed after the cashback is completed, it will not count towards rewards.
P: How can I know my weekly volume?
A: At the moment there is no way to see it in the app, but don't worry, we'll add it to the statistics soon;)
Terms and Conditions of the El Dorado Cashback Campaign
- The Campaign is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as to any other regulations that the Company may establish.
- The Campaign is open to all registered users of El Dorado who have verified their identity and who meet the specified requirements.
- The Campaign begins on May 22, 2024 and ends on June 14, 2024.
- The Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Campaign at its discretion.
