I came across this presale for a project called Qubetics that claims to offer an 1800% return on investment. They’re in the third stage of their presale, having raised $1.2 million so far, and they’re touting some impressive figures. At first glance, it looks like a decent opportunity but I’m not so sure after digging deeper.
What is Qubetics?
So apparently Qubetics is a blockchain exchange platform that aims to bridge the gap between decentralized finance and traditional financial systems. They claim to give users full control over their assets while ensuring seamless transactions. One of the big selling points is their wallet, which supposedly eliminates the risks associated with custodial wallets (you know, the ones where FTX collapsed and billions got locked).
Here’s where it gets interesting: they’re using stable crypto coins like USDT and USDC to ensure that their token ($TICS) is converted instantly into fiat for real-world transactions. This could be smart since it mitigates volatility but also makes me wonder if they’re just setting up another Circle or Tether.
The Presale Numbers
Now let’s talk about those numbers. The presale started at $0.1 per $TICS and has gone down to $0.0132 per $TICS. That means if you bought in at Stage 2 when it was at $0.012, you’d have a 2000% ROI right now! Even at the current price, there’s still an alleged 1800% ROI available.
But here’s my skepticism: how many people actually make money from these high-risk presales? And how many of them are just bagholding waiting for exit liquidity?
No Fee Crypto Wallets and Trading Strategies
Qubetics also claims to have no trading fees which is a huge plus if true because those can eat into your profits fast! They suggest some strategies like arbitrage trading (which I do on occasion), swing trading (never tried), and good old HODLing (my favorite).
They also mention using crypto P2P platforms for better security since you retain control over your private keys there too.
Final Thoughts
So yeah, I’m torn here. On one hand Qubetics seems innovative with its focus on user control and integration into daily life; on the other hand it feels like yet another high-risk presale situation where most will likely end up losing their money.
As always do your own research before diving into anything especially in this volatile space!
